I’ve written about this Amazon linen-blend matching set before, but now that I’ve had one for going on two summers, I thought I’d give it another round of applause and show you a few new ways I’m wearing it.

This matching set is somehow cut just perfectly, is so comfy to wear, but also feels slightly elevated, current and fun, without being fussy. And for this fall girl who prefers fashion outside the summer season, this is exactly the style vibe I want to rock in the warmer months.

Amazon Linen-blend Matching Set: The Details

Set in Gray (M)

The Fit: The fit is loose enough, boxy and true to size. I’m wearing a M and it has even accommodated the body shifts I’ve had over the last year so well. I’m a bit bigger in the bust and waist and it still fits great. I’m typically a 34D in bras, M in tops, 8/10 in pants these days and 29 in jeans.

I have a slightly shorter upper body but am not terribly short at 5’4″ if this helps visualize proportions for ya. I love a top that hits right at my waistline and this is just that. With the elastic waistband you can kinda shift the pants to the exact spot you want them in. And, yep, they have pockets.

The Fabric: The fabric here is a blend of 30% linen and 70% rayon and it feels amazing. It’s not see-thru but is light and flowy while still having a bit more structure than if it were just rayon.

Gray, Gray-Blue, and Brown (it’s a rusty-brown but darker than the shade they call Rust)

The Care: So…you will see I adore this set and actually wear it all the time. My main reminder though is DO NOT dry this in the dryer. Unless you need it cropped more. It will shrink (mostly in length…ask me how I know.)

Hubs recently shrank the gray set and though I have it in the two other shades, I’m now reconsidering ordering the gray. Again. I love it. Just lay it flat to dry, give it a quick steam or iron and it looks amazing all day. I spray with this between wears if it’s not in need of a wash yet.

How I Style The Amazon Linen-Blend Matching Set

The main benefit to this set, besides how great it fits and feels, is the versatility. You’ll see below I adore it dressed with sporty accessories like Nike Dunks, baseball caps and sporty nylon bags.

But it works just as well dressed up a bit with sleeker sandals and a pretty structure purse. It’s also good for layering and mixing-and-matching with different top + bottom colors, as you’ll see even further below.

This is how I wear the set most, since I’m a sporty spice. I love having the set itself neutral-ish shades and then adding pops of color or graphic-ness (?) haha with accessories.

2 | A Little Bit Elevated For Date Night Or Brunch

But this lovely set dresses up well, too! Just pop on some pretty sandals and grab a chic clutch or bag and voila. Ready for casual date night or brunch or breezing around a plaza in Europe or whatevs.

My favorite trick of topping with a vest works here, too. I love that it makes the set feel like a whole different outfit, so this is definitely a good travel hack.

Here’s to finding easy comfy pieces like this set for making summer easier but still chic! I keep searching for a similar set somewhere besides Amazon to compare, but haven’t found anything quite this soft or breezy. I’ll be on the look out though!
